Christmas Day

Psalm 100
Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.

Revelation 3:20-22
Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Today we give thanks to God—for His creation, His lovingkindness and faithfulness, His provision, and most of all, for His salvation. Jesus stands at the doors of our hearts and knocks. Today and every day, we open the door widely and joyously and make Him welcome.

Thank You, Lord, for all the many blessings You have given us. We open our hearts and minds and lives to Jesus and worship You in spirit and in truth. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
