Dream or Destiny can be purchased at Amazon.com as well as here. The free e-book is not available except through this promotion. The other books that will be the virtual gift basket are e-books. Most of them are also available in print—generally from Amazon.com as well as the publishers’ Web sites. You can follow the links to find where they are available.
