Thanks for the inclusion. The big list of writing blogs is definitely a work in progress, so I’ll be sure to add some of the blogs you’ve mentioned here that aren’t already on the list. And if you think of any more that I’ve not included yet, feel free to suggest them, and I’ll include them if appropriate. I may also add a new section to the list this weekend if I have the time… blogs on the business side of freelancing.

This list is focused on writing-related blogs, so I had to leave out several of favorite blogs, and I didn’t include some excellent writing blogs because the list was getting long. Thanks for letting me know about the feed problem. Close to the same time I changed my theme, I set Feedburner up so all my feeds theoretically go through Feedburner. I was getting discouraged at the low number of subscribers, but perhaps people have subscribed and got lost in the change-over. I’ll check into that and figure out what I need to do.

I’m one of your 31 subscribers! I didn’t include you in my list because your blog is quite new, and in keeping the list to a manageable size, I tried to choose blogs that have been around awhile.

hmmm and how long you have to be online and writing blogs to get a chance to get on the list ?

I didn’t have any specific time frame in mind, but when choosing my favorite writing blogs I tried to stick with blogs that had enough posts that readers would find valuable content. Some may have been online only a few months, but they are prolific and have lots of posts. Others may not post as often, but they have been blogging for quite awhile so they have a lot of posts. And some have been around awhile and post frequently. My criteria was primarily that the blogs were related to writing and had plenty of valuable content.
