Comments are dropping off somewhat as people spend more time on Twitter and Facebook than on blogs. I may eventually do it less often, but I intend to keep on thanking commenters because I really appreciate the comments.

I have not seen anybody thanking his blog commenters like this! It is so nice that you do this. In fact everybody should do it. I would do this to mine too. Thanks for giving me this idea. One feels so good to get appreciated for his efforts, especially here where strangers interact and make friends, discuss issues and give their opinion. Great, keep it up.

I borrowed the idea from other bloggers, so you’re certainly welcome to do it also. I don’t see as many people doing it as used to.
Your comment went into spam. I don’t check spam for legitimate comments unless someone notifies me their comment has disappeared. However, yours happened to be at the top of a page and caught my eye.
So nice of you to reply to all your commenters. I loved this beyond words. A cute gesture on your part. To be honest, I have not seen anything like this till now. I mean, people may reply to the queries of their commenters but actually preparing a list and publishing them is something I am seeing for the first time.

Other people have done this because I got the idea from seeing it on other blogs. However, I don’t see it much anymore.

Since it seems that the people I copied, er … the people I emulated, are no longer doing this, maybe I should take credit and pretend it was my idea.
