August 28, 2009 by Lillie
This is post #600. Just thinking about writing 600 posts makes me tired, so I think I’ll go take a nap.
Seriously, I love blogging and have enjoyed writing each of those posts. I just hope you enjoy reading my blog a fraction as much as I enjoy writing it.

Enjoy your nap Lillie – it’s well deserved

Thanks, Joanna! I will.
600 posts? And I thought MY blog had a lot of posts, I`ve got like 3-4 hundred or something.. Respect! *bow*
Having a good time reading as well, thank you. =)

Thanks, Rachel. Three to four hundred posts is a lot—many blogs never get past a few dozen posts.
Do you remember each and every one of them when you re-read them (if you do at all) ? Congratulations, it’s a big number indeed..
Andrej,
I seldom re-read posts, but since I have a DoFollow blog, I get a lot of comments on old posts. So most of them stay fresh in my mind.
Go Lillie! Isn’t it amazing how much you actually write when you blog. I did a page count, I’ve written approximately 150 pages of book reviews this year.
Take a vacation. You’ve earned it.
That’s a lot of book reviews, Bluestocking. And a lot of books you’ve read.
Hey Lillie! While I’m new to your blog, it find it amazing how you’ve actually written 600 posts so far. I’ve only written some 80 on my blog, so I can appreciate what you’ve accomplished. Way to go; you deserve a rest
Cheers

phenternin (if you wrote Your Name@ phenternin, I could address you as a real person instead of a drug, and you could still get your keyword link),
You’re off to a good start with 80 posts—that’s a lot more than many bloggers ever write.
I definitely enjoy your blog! Congratulations on 600 posts! With my own blog, I am at around 200, so I’m on the way
C,
You’re doing great. I don’t know how long you’ve been blogging, but 200 is a lot of posts.
Lillie, congratulations! This is quite a milestone and you have earned a nap. I enjoy reading your posts, I smile when your posts arrive in my email. I look forward to the next 600!

Thank you, Matt. I enjoy a couple of your blogs as well. You write so many blogs I can’t imagine how many posts you’ve written.
Wow. 600 is A LOT of posts! I’m not sure any non-blogger than understand all the work that took.
Keep writing . . . 1000 posts isn’t that far off

Thank you, wilson. It seems there are many milestones in this blogging journey.
Wow, 600 posts is quite the accomplishment! I’m at 35, so I’ve got quite a way to go to catch up!
Keep writing, I think it is cathartic for the soul!
Mark,
Keep it up. 35 will become 50, then 100, then …
thinking of 600 posts itself make me wonder how can you be so focus on your blog. Congrats for you anyway, i hope I can reach same amount of post with you in the near future.

rupert,
It’s taken me more than three years to write 600 posts. I typically post three times a week, but I do respond to comments every day. Blogging and reading are my two forms of entertainment—I don’t watch TV, go to movies or sporting events, etc. So the time other people are doing those things, I’m blogging or reading.
