Books We Love (BWL) will be giving away one basket of three eBooks and two autographed print books every week for the entire summer from June to September. Every month BWL will give away a SUMMER SURPRIZE BASKET packed full of goodies, and at the end of summer, a drawing will be held from all the preliminary winners for $100.00 CASH.

Besides the great prizes, you’ll find many wonderful authors and fabulous books at Books We Love. I’m one of those authors and Dream or Destiny is one of those books, she said modestly. :-)

What a great sweepstakes. I already love reading, and although the reward is in the read itself (when it’s well-written), I’ve got to admit that I’m excited to have a shot at some extra rewards as well!

Rob,

Especially when the rewards are more books to read, right?

online (if you wrote YourName@Keywords, I could address you as a real person, and you would still get your keyword link),

I love books and reading and learn a great deal from reading, but I haven’t learned from everything I’ve read. Some books are just for entertainment—and some books aren’t well-written or don’t provide useful information. Fortunately, most books I’ve read have been worthwhile.

I think it is great that the BLW is also giving away autographed print books because even though there are modern advancements like e-books and other electronic books, I still love the feel of real pages. Call me old-fashioned!

C,

There is a place for both print and e-books. That’s why I encourage all my clients to have their books available in both. Stroke of Luck is currently available only as an e-book, but it was available in print earlier. Dream or Destiny is available in both.

I have a hard time reading print books because of my eyesight. A friend of my husband from elementary school recently published a book available only in print. We bought a copy, but the text is too small for me to read. Unfortunately, it’s not available as an e-book, so I just won’t read it.

I really have to start reading again. Books take me away from reality more than films ever could. The character detail that you build in your imagination can never be replicated.

James,

I’d much rather read than watch movies for a number of reasons. One of the most important is just what you mentioned—I like using my own imagination when I’m reading.
