Yes the e-book is available.

However, I just realized the Web site didn’t get completely updated when the print book become available. James was giving away an e-book with advance orders for print books. The e-book should be listed separately but isn’t yet. I’ll see that gets done right away. Check on James’ site tomorrow or Monday, and you should be able to order the e-book.
