Blog Book Tour Interview at Writer’s Notes
November 14, 2008 by Lillie
Today is the last day of my three-week blog book tour for Dream or Destiny. Jeanne Dininni interviews me at Writer’s Notes. This is one of the most extensive interviews of the tour, right up there with Related Posts:

I am feeling really well to read your blog. Best wishes for the future.
Jack,
I’m glad reading this blog makes you feel good. Keep coming back and reading!
Lillie,
So sorry I didn’t manage to get over sooner to comment on this post! Life has been quite hectic these days! Can’t imagine how I overlooked it!
I had a blast hosting two of your blog book tour stops though, and very much appreciated your thorough responses to my questions–as did my readers! We also appreciated your in-depth answers to readers’ questions about writing and publishing, which they left in comments.
One thing is certain: Anyone who reads this post (especially if they also read the comments section), will learn a great deal–not only about the writing and publishing of Dream or Destiny, but also about writing and publishing their own books.
Jeanne,
I enjoyed my visits and hope your readers benefit—both the ones who asked questions and the ones who will read this post in the distant future.
You were so busy commenting on the post about the review that you didn’t get any further.
I think you’re right, Lillie! I remember now that I was also gone several hours the day that post went live, and when I returned home both you and my readers were already deep into your comment exchange. So, I jumped right in and pretty much forgot about everything else–including visiting your post! (But, I certainly had a lot of fun in the process!)
I have no doubt at all that my blog’s readers–past, present, and future–will reap many benefits from your insightful words posted both in the interview itself and in comments!
That was a busy day, Jeanne! I’m pleased your readers were so involved and enthusiastic.
As am I, Lillie!
It was quite a busy day for us both!
I’m still waiting for responses from the tour hosts for the last week of my tour. I’ve asked for stats for a week following the visit so should have everything the first of next week to write my wrap-up post.
One thing I will say is that the blog book tour involved more work than I anticipated. I certainly don’t regret it but think anyone planning a tour needs to understand how much work is involved.
I’m doing another tour in a couple of weeks, but I’m making only five stops in one week.
Hope you get all your stats in time and that your second tour goes well! (Five stops sound like quite a few for a single week!)
Thanks, Jeanne.
Five stops is a full week, but on the first tour, I did five stops each of the first two weeks and seven stops the third week.
Hopefully, you’ll be well-rested by the time your second tour rolls around. (At least you’ll only have to keep up the hectic pace for one week this time. I’m sure that will help!)
I am fond of travel. Your blog’s layout is very well designed and contents are very useful.
Andrew,
Thank you for the compliment on my blog.
Your blog is awesome. Best wishes for the next tour. I also use to go different places once every year.
Peter,
My book tour is a virtual tour. I’m “traveling” to other blogs, not going anywhere physically. But it’s still a lot of fun, and I get to meet a lot of new people online.
