Wow Lillie – how did you persuade them to make the front image for the video match your blog design? You must have a lot of influence!

Seriously though yes I will be participating, and I hope others will too. I’ll be writing on-topic too. I think that sticking to your own focus and purpose will only add to the richness of the material that gets written on the day.

That video is beautiful. I especially noticed that beautiful white Owl. What an outstanding specimen of our wildlife. And I also noticed the vivid example of binocular vision…an absolute requirement for birds of prey to survive.

Mr. Lillie,

Glad you enjoyed the video. I agree the owl is magnificent … and I’m impressed with your observation about the requirements for raptors to survive.

Check out Joanna’s post Clear what you’re writing on the 15th? She’s a writing coach and has offered to help bloggers find a topic that relates to their blog for Blog Action Day.

I think everyone can write something about the environment. Isn’t that the point that everyone is somehow connected? Computer freaks can write about green hardware (low energy requirements), Sports fans can write about the impact of their sports of of sports vacations, etc.
I will write something in my blogs about environmental issues.

My only question – is there also a central website similar to this Free Burma thing? Would be nice. One could put some green advertisement on it and donate the money earned for environmental protection.
